Located in Granby, CO you are just 90 minutes from Denver. Take I-70 West 30 minutes to Highway 40 - and here's the great part... You get off I-70 so you don't have to mess with the traffic at the always jammed Eisenhower Tunnel. Then take Highway 40 over Berthoud Pass, past the Winter Park ski area and you're at your vacation home and enjoying the fireplace while everyone else is stuck on I-70!

Unlike many homes, this home offers 2 Master Suites. One Main Level Master with King bed, large en-suite and walk in closet. Second Level Master with King bed, large en-suite and walk in closet. Plus, Bedroom 3 – 1 Queen Bed. Bedroom 4 – 1 Twin Bunk Bed and 1 Full Bunk Bed. Loft – 1 Pull Out Couch that converts to a Queen Sized Bed.
Pull up to the “miner” style vacation home and into the oversized two-car garage (with an Electric Vehicle hook-up!). As you make your way inside to the main level, you will be welcomed by warm furnishings and an open floor plan. The main level was designed for gathering with a modern kitchen supplied to please the most discerning chef in your group. The kitchen opens to the dining area with a wooden table to seat eight comfortably and additional seating at the breakfast bar. Make your way to the living room with a cup of Joe to warm up by the fireplace and catch up on your favorite book. The main level also hosts the stunning King suite bedroom with a smart flat-screen television, a spacious en-suite with dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and huge walk in closet.
There is a powder room, mud room and full laundry room with a new washer and dryer on the main level as well.
Take a walk upstairs to the loft area which features a smart flat-screen TV and plenty of space for the kiddos to hang out. The loft also has a warm leather queen-sized pull out couch.
This level is host to the second King suite bedroom with a king sized bed, large en-suite bathroom with dual vanity, walk-in shower and walk-in closet.
On opposite sides of the loft are two more bedrooms. One with a queen sized bed the other perfect for the kiddos with two twin-over-full bunk beds. These bedrooms share a full bathroom that has a tub.
The Grand Elk house is centrally located to offer guests endless adventure from all around Grand County, CO. Located in the Grand Elk neighborhood, on the 5th hole of the Grand Elk Golf Course and close to the Grand Elk Grille, you can enjoy a round of golf and walk to a tasty lunch or dinner. The City Market grocery store (and Starbucks!), McDonald's and a Liquor Store are conveniently located two blocks away. Enjoy the walking trails around the Grand Elk community. In addition, Granby Ranch is a five minute drive away for skiing. Rocky Mountain National Park is 20 miles in the opposite direction and provides extraordinary nature and wildlife viewing.
