- A few days prior to your stay, you will receive a code via email that will be used to access the keyless lock to the front door. Simply input this code into the keypad at the front door. Keep this code as it will be operational for the duration of your stay - and will not be operational once you depart. Whenever you leave the house, lock the door by pressing the "lock" insignia.
- This same code can be used on the garage keypad to open the garage door. If you would like to open the garage door without having to get out of your vehicle, let us know and will send you the information to get the "MyQ" app on your phone that will also open the garage door.
- Please note: For security reasons, there is a Ring camera with a view of the front of the house/sidewalk and a Ring camera at the back of the house with a view of the back yard/golf course. These cameras point away from the house and in no-way have any view into the garage or the house itself.

- The garage does have an EV plug for one electric vehicle.

For the Little Ones
- The entire house has great, high-speed Wifi. The Wifi Network and Passcode information is clearly displayed throughout the house.
- The four TVs throughout the house all are "Smart" TVs and include apps for Netflix, Amazon Prime TV, Apple TV, etc. These will all be set to "Guest" mode - where you are able to sign in to your own relative account(s) for each app. After your departure you will automatically be signed out.
- USB enabled chargers/outlets are available in all bedrooms.

- There is a high chair in the pantry and there is a "Pack-n-Play" in the upstairs linen closet.
- There are plenty of board games in the trunk in the loft!

- Each bedroom has extra pillows, extra sheets and extra blankets in the closets. Linens for the pull-out couch in the Loft are located in the linen closet at the top of the stairs.

- We have done our best to fill the cabinets and pantry with everything you would need to cook a great meal! Spices, oils, cooking utensils and an assortment of top-of-the-line pots and pans are all at your fingertips. If there is something else you need, let us know!
getting around is easy with "the Lift" winter park shuttle
There is a shuttle stop one block from the house!
You can literally walk to the shuttle and take it to Winter Park, Frasier and all around Grand County.
